In the event that a User violates one or more provisions of this User Agreement, or when there are indications or benchmarks regarding a breach of this Agreement, or if the User creates a risk or potential legal exposure for the Sentimente team, the Administrator reserves the right to issue warnings or other sanctions at its sole discretion.
Following the analysis of reports from other Users or at the request of any authority, the Administrator may apply any of the following measures without being obliged to justify the action, fulfill any other formality, or provide specific reasons:
Issuing formal warnings.
Partial or total suspension of the account.
Partial or total restriction of access to the account or specific sections.
Cancellation of the User account.
Application of fees to lift restrictions.
Abuse Management Policy
Abuse on Sentimente.ro is handled as follows:
First Violation: The account is restricted for 7 days; the restriction will be lifted automatically upon expiration.
Second Violation: A fee of €5 + VAT is applied.
Third Violation: A fee of €10 + VAT is applied.
Fourth Violation (and beyond): A fee of €100 + VAT is applied.
In the last three cases, the restriction will be lifted immediately after the fee has been paid.
Refund Policy Regarding Suspensions
In the event of an account suspension due to a violation of online conduct or any provision of this Agreement, no refunds will be issued for the period during which the account was suspended, regardless of the service purchased. The subscription may be used once the account is reactivated, until the end of the originally paid period.
